Wendy’s Gift Cards:  How to Check a Balance Online

The days of gift card recipients checking a card balance using an over the phone automated system are in the rear view mirror (for the most part).  As with most things nowadays, cardholders can check gift card balances the easy way:  ONLINE.  For instance, owners of Wendy’s gift cards can pull up a balance by first entering information found on the card.  The cardholder can then click the Check Balance button after entering the card number and PIN.  After clicking the button, the cardholder will receive a balance and thus find out how many more Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers they can purchase.

It should be pointed out that the system provides sample images of Wendy’s gift cards that show exactly where the card number and PIN are located (see above example).  Cardholders who need help locating the numbers can find the samples at the right hand side of the data entry fields.  Additionally, Wendy’s account holders can login directly from the balance check system by clicking the Account Sign In link (similar to the Priceline Rewards Visa login process).  After clicking the link, account holders must enter an email address and password to complete the login.
