It takes a certain level of caring for a customer to provide some friendly feedback to a restaurant.  For this reason, many places are now accepting feedback online through an easy to use process.  For example, Buca di Beppo customers can now provide feedback on a recent visit through the convenient Buca Cares page.  In order to begin providing feedback, the customer must first enter the store code found on the receipt from a recent visit (similar to the CBTL Survey).  Once the code has been entered the Begin button can be clicked to proceed with the easy online feedback.  Customers who want to check out the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, or Coupon Redemption Policy can do so by clicking the links located at the bottom of the page.

  1. I went to dinner last evening with six family members of various ages at your Wyomissing restaurant. Our server, who apparently was being given tables all over the restaurant, was Cole. We ordered antipasto and the trio appetizers. The trio was served 10 minutes AFTER we were done with the salad. We had to ask for house bread. We ordered Lasagna, Cheese Manicotti, Eggplant Parmesan, Fettuccine Alfredo, and garlic bread. Everything came out EXCEPT the Lasagna. We had to wait almost 25 minutes for the Lasagna. By then, we were done eating our main course. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, so I ordered a Supreme Brownie Sundae. According to the menu, there are supposed to be 12 peices of brownie, ice cream of our choice and the whipped cream and whatnot as well. I have to tell you, I paid $15.00 for whipped cream. I dished it to everyone and there was BARELY any ice cream or brownie. Several times, I had to hunt down Cole. The ceiling was peeling as well. If it wasn’t for the food (except for the pathetic sundae) tasting so good, I would have expressed myself while at the restaurant. I was trying to have a good time with my family, not point out incompetence. My bill came $292.67, before tipping. Even though Cole was less than par, I still tipped him well. He was a little arrogant, and complaining about having tables all over the place. My family loves the food when it is served on time and correctly MADE. I certainly hope the next time we decide to come here, our experience is better.
